The solid polyurethane Uni-Flex Pig® is cast as a single piece construction. The flexible combination of discs and a single cup creates an effective pig for removing liquids from wet gas systems, water from product pipelines, and paraffin from the walls of crude oil pipelines.
Manufactured from MAXITHANE®, Inline’s high performance polyurethane, this pig can flex through varying diameter pipelines, short radius weld ells, tees, valves, dents and out-of-round pipe. Its hollow core allows the pig to expand in diameter thereby increasing its seal as the differential pressure across the pig increases and to center itself for even wear.
